I didn't have proof either so I just sent them a polite email via the site and asked them to investigate where my points were. They got back to me the same day and added the points on for me. You should definately email them!!!

got an email back this morning asking to confirm the date I registered...thank goodness for piggybank...shows I registered with PV on 18.4.08 (got my 5 points for the CT)...and double checked again just now...no sign of my 50 piggy points....I've got a real bad feeling about this... so I'll start getting angry now...will save time later...yep, I have *such* faith in these people!! NOT!!!

Don't write it off yet. They added my points quickly and I gave them a date of early May but when I checked the date that I took the scren print it was 18 April. They are probably just checking against a list. You should get the points added.

Yes but they were informed and what did they do?

Increased the incentive, don't you think that is deceptive?

    I do.

Then they took the increased points away.

Yes they may be clean but the police could make that judgment.

It is one thing getting something wrong and totally different when you continue to do it when informed about the problem.

unfortunatly deceptive and illegal are 2 different things
all they will say was they was informed and was investigating and had no reason to pull the offer until they had more proof
There is a Money Saving Expert quidclan, next time your on quidco have a look for it

It is not the police you want, this is a consumer issue and Consumer Direct can advise on the legality and so on - 08454 04 05 06 - and they'll call you back so you don't have to pay for the call.

Yeah I know how you feel but think what it would be like having to pick our own.

I go for thepearce normally then if he has not done one I pick from one of the other two.
