I didn't have proof either so I just sent them a polite email via the site and asked them to investigate where my points were. They got back to me the same day and added the points on for me. You should definately email them!!!
got an email back this morning asking to confirm the date I registered...thank goodness for piggybank...shows I registered with PV on 18.4.08 (got my 5 points for the CT)...and double checked again just now...no sign of my 50 piggy points....I've got a real bad feeling about this...:mad: so I'll start getting angry now...will save time later...yep, I have *such* faith in these people!! Don't write it off yet. They added my points quickly and I gave them a date of early May but when I checked the date that I took the scren print it was 18 April. They are probably just checking against a list. You should get the points added.0 -
