    I emailed PB about my missing PV holidays points and they have replied really quickly apologising for the oversight and have added on the points for me.

    I don't seem to be able to logout, which is a pain as both me and dh have accounts and he can't get into his ..... is anyone else having the same problem?

    Have you tried clearing your cookies? There are instructions on clearing cookies on both Internet Explorer and Firefox at the beginning of this thread. Here is the link:

    Mine are missing too but I've no *proof* I signed up...grrrr...is it worth an email?? Or shall I start tearing my hair out now??

    Worth a try - I've not been asked for proof of anything so far (keeping fingers crossed now). I signed up too so just emailed them myself as its been 8 weeks and T&Cs stated 6

    I didn't have proof either so I just sent them a polite email via the site and asked them to investigate where my points were. They got back to me the same day and added the points on for me. You should definately email them!!!
