I ordered a boots voucher last week and for some reason I have been credited back the points and it says:

reward voucher void
Boots £10 voucher

does anyone know what's going on?

Same thing has happened to me with my 2 Arcadia vouchers, I was dead excited when i saw my piggy points balance too but ho hum I just re ordered.

Sorry no, but i've just ordered a John Lewis voucher hope the same doesn't happen with that. Maybe they are out of stock and don't know when they'll be back in. Have you tried ordering a different type?

i really hope they havent decided to stop doing vouchers or are putting the amount of points you need up for them! - i wont be pleased

Can anyone remember signing up to an offer called "PV holidays", I think that's what it was called,
it was were you had to hit a ball with a bat??, does any one have a print screen image, or remember how many points it was for??,

Email and ask them why?? and can you re order.. its happened before when they gave out to many points for something and cancelled orders untill they had cleared it up.. got sorted in the end if i remember rightly

It was for 50 points, which I think would take 6 weeks to be credited. I just enjoyed playing with the bat and ball .
