You may remember taking part in a campaign on Pigsback.com with Bingorooms. We have been working hard for some time to try and resolve an outstanding situation regarding the crediting of PiggyPoints.

Unfortunately, the company who were working with us on behalf of Bingorooms is no longer in operation and we have we been unable to get the information required to operate the offer. Also, despite many attempts, we have been unable to get any satisfactory recognition from Bingorooms themselves regarding their involvement and liability with regard to the delivery of the offer.

This leaves us in a situation which is unsatisfactory for all parties involved and one which we did not envisage when we first advertised the offer. When we set up campaigns such as Bingorooms we do all that we can to ensure that we are working with partners who will be able to fulfil their promise to you our members and to us but this one has unfortunately proven to be the exception. This is the first time that we find ourselves in this situation, and we really appreciate your understanding in what we ourselves are able to do from here.
