Thats really easy to solve, with an adapter, supermarkets even have them. But most shaving chargers will accept the toothbrushes too. That is what my partner does. Hope this helps.

  • It's not an American plug - it doesn't need a voltage converter - it's a shaver socket plug, because that's the only safe socket to have in a bathroom. If you don't have a shaver socket in your bathroom, you can buy an adaptor in any chemists

Its arrived but with an american plug!

are you sure it is not a special plug for use in bathroom/shaver sockets? they have two round pins the same as an electric shaver (that is what my wife's oral b toothbrush has that came from the boots offer recently). you just need to buy an adapter for a couple of pounds if you don't have a shaver socket in your bathroom
  • Its obviously a shaver point plug!Jeez some people!
Have recently bought the elite version off Ebay and must say that after reading all the recent research and trialling it for the last couple of weeks it has made a HUGE difference. Not only does it feel like a scale n' polish every time I brush but it has completely eliminated the pericoronitis that I was suffering with my old Braun Oral B pro brush! I am now converted! Will be getting one for my partner for her birthday and recommend it to all my mates.Buy one!
