Actually, I can probably guess what they will be....

Another newbie will have been slated never to return.
Neverdespairgirl will have thanked 10 million more posts.
brodders and carolt will have had another tiff.
!!!!!! will have found yet another way of saying "house prices will crash"
Someone will come on saying "my house isn't selling" to which the reply will be "lower the price"
