Does anyone have any LW savoury recipes including strawberries? Actually using strawberries in the food rather than as a garnish or jus?

Don't know if it's Lw but in Malta they serve strawberries with balsamic vinegar.

Savoury & strawberrys!! :lipsrseal Dunno, you could try chucking them in a shepards pie, but I don't think it would taste too good.

...... :) You can get things like... oh, I dunno, stilton & blueberry tart and stuff like that, so it's feasible. The trouble is the "tart" bit - even filo pastry isn't really WL. There's some clever cooking minds on here, so I live in hope!

Hi Missy - yes I hope to run the Race For Life. If I don't manage it on the day I won't be too upset if I at least give it my best shot!

I hate mixing sweet with savory, I don't like cheese & pineapples together, but they are fine on their own. Same with cheese and grapes! And raisins in currys! :naughty: No no no, it doesn't go!
