Many thanks for all your kind words.
Ive got to a point now where I am so sick of all this BR stuff. The reason is that ive opted for easy work and this is due to a massive fear of failure and ive been 'faking it' to so many people.
I had a long chat on the phone with a life coach this afternoon and she has explained where ive been going wrong and what I need to do.The fear had caused me to procrastinate for over 3 years and all the time ive gone deeper down. But hey,now I know what the problem
was,its time to look forward and start getting stuck in to the hard work,to make money and haul myself up by my boot straps.

Headache, I am so glad that you have posted again and that you have taken positive steps. Its easy to say but you will get through it. I tell myself this all the time but on some days it does not go in and you slip back down to where you were in your earlier post. Have you been to the doctor and talked to them about how you are feeling? It took me over a year to go and see someone, should have done it sooner.

I too live in fear of living, there are weeks when I literally don't leave the house because I can't face the world and feel so confused and lost. I'm getting better slowly now, sound like you - the tone of you first post compared to your second is familiar! Positive day, negative day, positive hour, negative week etc etc, over time though I reckon we will start getting more positive than negative days until eventually we are back living happy lives!

    Chin up, x

People keep telling me I am a strong person but I have never felt like it, more like a weakling with a strong looking exterior :rotfl:

The best thing that can be done is to talk...rage....moan to people who understand, that helps to get things off your chest and to see the wood for the trees....my problem was it took a little longer to realise that.

SO many of us hide behind these strong masks - it is fabulous to have somewhere we can put them down and just be ourselves.

And you're right, sometimes just talking about it can make so much difference.

Maybe i should rename this thread to the 'let it all out' thread which in your case Merry_Gentry might have a double meaning:o :rotfl:
Thats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all …………. :(

I agree Blind...your thread has taken on a life of its own!!!!

Perhaps MG could start her very own <<<BIG HUGS>>> thread!!! I somehow think she would be very, very popular! :rotfl: :rotfl:

    really why:rolleyes: :o:p

Actually its not a bad idea, a thread just for venting, not just to do with BR but anything thats dragging you down, what do you think

I think a venting thread would be excellent - will hold back on a ((HUGGING)) thread until Dez calms down  :p
