I've got a poster on ignore. Saves me time and hassle. He's probably got me on ignore too!

Seriously, life's too short to get worked up over the price of fixed rate mortgages on a chat board web thingy (technical term).

Well you'd bloody better get me off ignore..I will not be ignored generali !!

Carlot is just a very frustrated lady as she is unable to afford her own home, hence why she spends hours trawling the internet for any arcticle that relates to a house price crash so that she can start a thread on it, and more often then not, the arcticle is pointless.

She calls herself the messenger - who brings the message - I call her annoying

I do worry for her slightly (and others on here) that this year may well be her best chance to negotiate a decent price reductionn on a house, I hope she dosen't 'miss the boat' again.......

Think this is a fair post. There are a few on here who do not like being challenged, they think just because it is their opinion it is the correct opinion. !!!!!! also falls in to this bracket, he does a lot of talking but doubt he will ever do anything about it when the time comes. Whereas Mr.B is the most impartial member here, loved by many hated by a few, although the few are getting fewer. Euros start this weekend minus england, i hate missing out on major football competitions as it limits my passes out to the pub. Good Afternoon to my fans by the way.

Actually Mr B it's a poster I find even more annoying than you. Hard to believe, I know, but it's true!

What tends to happen is I have him on ignore and then look at his posts anyway. Having him on ignore means that I am not tempted to reply as how could I possibly reply to someone on ignore. There's a logic to it which works for me!

I once had an arguement over a fried egg. :D:D
RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

Awful isn't it. Reminds me of the World Cup 1994.

That's probably quite appropriate in this forum as many members enjoy reminiscing the early 90's

It's true although you won't learn much from a 'He said, she said' argument.
