cashback deal for mobile surfer

I am an avid read of this part oft he site as I spend too much money on my mobile...

right now I am on a t-mobile 12month contract 12month free deal from mobileshop.com (and they have paid up!)

I am comming to he end of this countract, and I am looking for the best cashback deal that would give me 200+ mins a month and 150+ texts -- and a mobile internet bundle....

the best i could see would be to get any 12/12free deal and then buyan addon for less than £10pcm

but then.... sure the mse forums can do better...

I was hoping for somthing similar to inc free internet, but on the Vodafone offer you have to have an 18 month contract, so it works out cheaper to pay the £7.50 a month for 12 months and get a cashback deal eg M2YD

so do all vfone 18month contracts come with free mobile internet??
