Pizza Hut website honestly stresses me out so much. I've moved house since i last tried to input a code on there, and there's STILL no option for using a code!

Ignore what I said, I've plumped for collection a little bit further away and it's working for me now. Hurray. I'm so happy to be stuffing my little face with loads of rubbish food. Yeeee!

[FONT=&quot]I was sent an email by pizza hut about a 50% discount voucher. I filled in my details, printed it & took it to the nearest Pizza hut to where I worked. Before I asked for my bill I presented the voucher to the waitress, after some time the manager came to the table & said that this was a fake! Apart from this being very embarrassing the manager felt the need to shout this out very loudly so other customers could hear this! I felt very humiliated & tried to explain to the manager that I was sent this voucher & it has all my details on it, I even tried to show her some ID to proof I was the person named. She was adamant that I had copied this from somewhere else! She showed me another voucher that a customer had used earlier on & the only difference between mines & the one shown was that I had printed mine in black & white & not Colour! I was bemused that a voucher would not be valid if it was not printed in colour & nowhere on the voucher does it state that this would have to be printed in Colour for it to be valid! I was so embarrassed I paid for my full bill and left. [/FONT]

I went to pizza hut last night and almost everone in there was using the voucher , our bill came to £16.25 last night after discount cheap night out xx

Poor you! I hope you are going to complain about this. :eek:

Just been to my local pizza hut and told the Manager there re your experience. He strongly recommends that you put in a complaint and you should get some vouchers and an apology, you can do this on line.

Hello Money Savers!

There are going to be a couple more rounds of Pizza Hut 50% vouchers over the rest of Jan and Feb, they should be distributed in the same way as the existing ones.

As a very polite request, please remember when leaving a tip that traditionally the service charge should represent your chosen percentage of the full bill, not the discounted bill. Pizza Hut is being gracious enough to give you an enormous discount on the bill, please don't forget your graciousness when recognizing the staff who're being worked extra hard over the discount periods.

Unfortunately it seems some customers think that having a 50% discount voucher somehow entitles them to not leave a tip at all when given good service; shame on you.
