Rural Scotland - £250 pm approx on the mortgage. Plus the same again on petrol.
We could move closer to work, we'd pay more on the mortgage but less on fuel.

i live in a 4 bed semi with 1 bed granny flat for my mum. My mortgage is £157000 on a fixed rate of 4.99 due to come to an end in Sept. the current payment is £1045. I now need to borrow an extra £30000 to buy my ex-husband out and I'm terrified!!!!0
