    Rural Scotland - £250 pm approx on the mortgage. Plus the same again on petrol.

    We could move closer to work, we'd pay more on the mortgage but less on fuel.

    But I could never give up the countryside!

    Kent, 3 bedroom detached, double length garage. Identical house in this road completed in January for £215k (so I'd say ours is about £200K). Mortgage is £93k with First Direct, payments £650 monthly.

    I'm in a 4 bed detached, Cheshire, approx value £280k owing about £80k. Monthly mortgage repayment £1021 (Cheshire BS 5.29% fix til May 2009) & hopefully paid up in about 8yrs.:j

    I'm in a 2 bed bungalow. Mortgage of £330k monthly repayments £2556 15 years left...Value's about £675k. Does anyone have a higher monthly mortgage repayment????

    £1800/month interest only on a £432k mortgage balance. 4 bed detached in North London, worth about £750k-800k.
    4.99% deal (base rate minus 0.01%) ends mid August.

    i live in a 4 bed semi with 1 bed granny flat for my mum. My mortgage is £157000 on a fixed rate of 4.99 due to come to an end in Sept. the current payment is £1045. I now need to borrow an extra £30000 to buy my ex-husband out and I'm terrified!!!!

    If we complete it'll be £770 a month on £130,000 over 33 years for a 3 bed terrace in Surrey. House is valued at £170,000.

    2 bed flat we pay £208 a month repayment mortgage. with 19 years to go. We bought in 2005 and remortgaged last year to a shorter term. Flat is worth maybe 80k we have 28k outstanding.

    Mortgage of 54,000, monthly payments of 340 (repayment), 22 yrs left on mortgage but aiming to replay in 10; property value approx 170,000 :D

    six bed detached home bought brand new three years ago for £205,000.

    £550 per month on £100,000 mortgage. 32 years remaining.

    plan to downsize in 3 to 5 years and be mortgage free.
