We can be horrid if you prefer :D

    :rotfl: I need "nice"

OK, here is my list of action:

Go over budget again, particularly for this month.

Sort out spending diary (spreadsheet best for me)

Cancel all the unnecessary items from budget that are on a regular payment

    Speak to cc companies

    Sort out grocery budget

    Look at £10/day challenge

OldStyler's board for top tips and inspiration

    Cashback websites, etc

    Check out whatsthecost.com

    Cancel plumbing and heating insurance

Cancel gym (fingers crossed I can before contract)

EBay/Car boot - bits and pieces for that

Find bite guard for teeth so I don't grind them down to pegs :D

    Any other things?

It will be a busy week

Welcome Miia! Some great advice on here already. Just had a thought about the giant breed dog (I have one too plus two others - cost more than me to feed!) - have you tried wholesaler for the food? I get mine online here - I buy enough at a time to get the cheapest price and it saves me £30 or so on a month's food. Depending on what you feed it might be worth a look. Good luck!

Ah yes, they are lovely. I used to use them as she was on Nature Diet and Burns but tbh she wasn't that keen on Nature diet so is now on Butchers which she is literally wolfing down with biccies (can't remember which). I'll go and check them again.

I make her treat biscuits - no more DentaSticks when I can make plaque free biscuits. Another thing to check in to is the joint tablets....

Thanks - I AM motivated. I know that I will also have poo days but I will deal with those when they turn up.

    The advice has been fantastic.

    Hi there

Very well done on your journey so far. You're doing great.

My problem is I go in fits and waves with this money saving malarky. When I'm in the zone nothing will make me deviate BUT, and this is the dangerous bit, I sometimes get BORED!! That inevitably leads to two steps forward and one step back.

I so hope you keep the focus. This website has been the most liberating website EVER.

    Cheers
