I made my 'keep this day free' cards myself!

Brought my paper from stationary box - Pack of 50 - £3.99 x 2 = £7.98
Buying my paper for actual invite from same place and there the same price
Ink cartridges etc about £20 worth will do all of them!

4 July 2009 for me!
So far we have booked the church and venue and chosen bridesmaids and best man. I have just about done my save the date magnets, just waiting for the final magnets to come in before sending them out.0 -
I neva thought of keep the day free magnets! What a brilliant idea!
Where have you all got these from? Are they cheap/reasonable? I havent sent them out yet so i have time to get some!
I'm getting married in August 2015:j0 -
Bought the magnets from ebay, we went for the larger ones (6cm x 9cm) so that we didn't have to shrink our picture too much. We then got a friend to play around with a picture of the both of us, and add a few words to it saying what date it was etc.
Pictures were printed out onto photo paper and then placed inside the magnets, they look really smart. I love them! I then bought some envelopes from ebay, along with some card and silver/gold pens and wrote a small note saying 'stick me on your fridge, invitation to follow'.... Almost ready to go now, must make sure I keep one for myself!
As for cost, the blank magnets were £23.30 for 50 (including postage and packaging).0
