No, not my neighbours, but lovely it's gone locally, and hopefully 3 different families will benefit :jA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Hello HiS.
We've also got a place on Camposol. Only visit now and then though.
For log burners, I assume you've been in to Chimeneas Llamas in the town. They are well-recommended and have installed many throughout Camposol. They know the quirks of MASA construction!
NEW TOPIC - Car Hire.
While I'm here, can I just mention that Spanish car hire prices seem to be falling this year. Not like last year when they always seemed to be increasing.
In early December, I was quoted €259 for 16 days in March. When I booked at the end of that month, I got it for €189. And I've now just had it reduced to €127! That's only about £7 a day. Back to the good-old-days prices!0 -
There is a very interesting article recently posted on the 'Eye on Spain' website regarding property prices and the demise of Spanish Estate Agents. Search for Death of Estate Agents to see what is now happening with their banks.
We had a very bad experience when we were thinking of buying a couple of years back and will only rent now.0 -
Pretty scary stuff. And I noticed on the site's home page that the two Google ads were for repossessed houses.
