We are very lucky in Luxembourg at it is sunny but only about 24C. We had a nice BBQ today.
We are of to the South of France on Sunday. I believe it is crazy hot there. The only good thing will be the sea will be at around 23C which is a great swimming temperature.

    Evening, all.

Thanks, MW. Have a lovely time in Holland, and I hope the weather helps you.

D-G, sounds a tricky situation for all in your neck of the woods. Maybe you should stay away in the 'van for a while.

gfplux, have a cracking time in the south of France. In my little corner today, it has been 32 this afternoon, with 34, 31 and 26 predicted for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, when we might finally get a shower.

For Nice it's 29, 27 and 27, with sunshine all the way.

Not sure I could enjoy the sea at 23. I don't go in our little pool until it's 24. Today it's between 25 and 26, but haven't been in as we've been out for an appointment and then entertaining the new guests.

Wherever you are, have a great time!

Well saw DS at lunch, packed up and now on M1 nesr J24.
Not happy wth either caravan on drive or house empty.
Will ensure nothing personal left in the 'van.
Actually looking forward to a couple of weeks at "home"!

    £ - €
If you see my posts 1338 and more recently 2135.
I probably would get 1.17 today for a "chunk" of £'s 2 cents better!!!!!

So remember if you see a post from me saying I have bought some €'s, wait a couple of days and jump in.

So, do I hang on before I get a few more euros out for my holiday to Fuerteventura, or rush out now?

Don't ask me, Sue, but it's gone down again. Split your risk and get half now and half later?
