Hi
If its any help re Ing its www.ingdirect.co.uk you open the one account, when I did mine (5 yrs ago), I sent a cheque for £1.00 to activiate the account, and it can be managed online or by phone, for payments into the account you can do it by post (with cheque) or by direct debit with your bank account.
Once you have got 1 account up and running, you then go on to open further accounts and you get to name them according, for one of mine it was called "the battle axes cottage holiday", nick name for mum, as it was her 60th bday - booked a cottage needed to save £800, donr and dusted the account renamed his ballon flight, saving up for ballon flight dads 70th, fully flexible think its a max of 6 accounts per person.
To withdraw you get the money into your bank account as a debit takes about 3 days from asking, and you can transfer money very easily between the accounts.
Its a godsend. xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
a nsd for moi today- although im about to blow it by booking train tickets home for the weekend... however, as i usually drive down, i think saving £20 of petrol justifies buying the tickets
hows everyone doing?
is it sad that im a little bit excited about doing a challenge?

OK, count me in......my latte habit is completely un-necessary and I really really do need to cut it out!!
I don't buy too much un-necessary stuff, but I am going over my budget each month, so must be spending it somewhere!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

Hi all
It was a no spend day for me today. My road tax expired yesterday but I have decided I am biking it for the next few months saving £101 for a new disc (robbing toads) and £50.00 per month petrol (more robbing gits).
Good luck with the new job TigzemProud to be dealing with my debtsJune Make £10 a day extra - £1.50/£3000 -
Hello! :hello:
Didn't sign in yesterday, but had a NSD - and even got round to baking a cake!
Another NSD today too. At work with a packed lunch, got tea organised this morning (so won't be tempted to go in and get a takeaway because I'm kn*ckered!). Got yoghurts so not tempted by coffee shop. (Not that a low fat yog compares to a Snickers, but who knows? I may even lose some weight!!)
What am I forgetting? It can't last...
How is everyone else doing?A budget is like a speed sign - a LIMIT not a TARGET!!
