Ice creamy one is two syns for the whole lot!
Use any flavour of the cadburys choc lites range, mix with the syn free yog, natural low fat ones, and put in freezer..stir after a while then put back in and stir again..now some folk put in the sweetner low cal one, but frankly it is sweet enough. It is two tablespoons of the choccy stuff and save some for a sprinkle on top! An individual sachet is also good as saves measuring. Use any flavours you like..yum yum and add fruit or orange and the choc one is nice as well.
I agree Miz, about Edmund..it is the only chocolate i will eat as i am not a fan of chocolate and i would have sold my gran for it..but i prefer it in the original form!Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Morning all..
Well it is going to be a spend day today, as is nephews 21st birthday and there is a party tonight. In DFW style i have made a contribution and have to buy a bottle of wine...but he wants money for his 21st...gulp. As we are a large family it is generally thought suitably large amounts are welcome..£40:eek:
Oh well will have to grin and bear it..good job i have tightened the belt.:o

Hey Bob, well done to you and Mr Bob on your wins! Have fun at the party - can you take a doggy bag, just in case there's any leftover food?! waste no, want not and all that!
How are your beans doing? I think I'm quite a bit behind you, but at least have flowers now appeared so we're on our way! Other fruits and veg are coming on OK! Last week I was given some courgette seeds so that's something for next year!

I just thought about how much i should give him as he had quite a bit for his 18th off us, extra monies for a trip abroad..and then a pressie..so may cut it down a bit.
