  • Well folks have been a busy old bob today.:o

Old washing machine out and new one collected, put in Micra and somehow managed to get it out and swivel around into the kitchen..thank goodness it was flat.:D

Had a bit of a problem with an old water pipe as there were two to my old machine and now this one is just a cold feed one. The hot water had to be capped off, so unscrewed the pipe and bought a new cap for it, but for some reason kept leaking. After putting around pdf tape and what not seems to be ok for the moment, but may actualy have to pay a plumber yet..but if i can sort it i will.

Anyway said machine is now busy washing away..clean towels at last and squizz won't have to stand down wind now:rotfl: :rotfl:

Also had a bit of a splurge on market..oo i live dangerously:rotfl: And bought some fruit etc. Only paid about £3 so now have masses of it.

On the gardening front, wow...bertie bean did me proud today as found a 20" bean dangling away and a few more which came in at about 15" loads of little ones which should be ready in a couple of days. My spuds also produced about 1kg..not bad really considering some of the plants were distinctly manky..so the proof is in the eating as it were.

That's me done then. Have saved some money by DIY plumbing and picking up washing machine myself..but not made any unless we have won the lottery:rotfl:

OOps forgot one thing quidco paid out ..so made £5.60 there you go a neutral spend day then.
