Overdraft under 18 question

I'm with night owl sorry.
Be honest get the bank issue sorted and then close the paypal account. It really isn't worth the hassle long term. ANother thought is you also need to be 18 for ebay so if you have an account there that will also need to go.
Hustle - i understand what you are saying about under 18's doing things ment for over 18's but the reason these age limits apply is for more your people do not find themselves in the situation the OP is in. If the OP was over 18 and had a good relationship with his bank arranging a small buffer o/d would probably have been simple.
Also just because some or even all may have done something before we were 'of age' it does mean that we made the right choice. And another thing the law does not state you cannot drink alcohol until 18 only that you cannot buy it and as of 1st October 2007 it became an offence to sell tobacco products to under 18's as well.

Now remember, if you are under 18 it's against the law for a bank to charge you for anything! So don't accept it, if they charge you. Banks, are not allowed to give overdrafts to under 18s BUT Sometimes when things go wrong or a lil odd you can go overdrawn with them. Which is not a good idea, but hey. It won't do any damage. Legally Banks and credit scoring companies can't write a single score internal or external! But when you turn 18 this will turn on!
For god sake, get that money back in, or phone up the company and tell them to cancel!

How silly to post such a comment.
You may have gone overdrawn and got away with it but I am stating what will happend now, not what did to you.
The OP has lied to Paypal, do you think that is right?!
Perhaps you could give your views on this!!
Do you believe lying is correct?!
NO so dont leave a post to tell the OP to let a e-cheque that he does not have the funds for go through!
You must be 18 years of age or over to have a Paypal account, if Paypal finds out they will lock all the OP funds until they make more checks and till the OP is 18 years old.
The best way the OP can reslove this, the honest way, is to contact there bank and close the Paypal account as they clearly cannot keep control of a Paypal account at present.
Confirmation:
The bank will NOT clear a e-cheque, you may check that by contacting Natwest.
If that e-cheque goes to the bank and is drawn on, Natwest will place a block on your account and card, they may also close your account.
Hope you get it sortedDELETE ACCOUNT.

I have managed to borrow the money off a family member, which I am paying back next week. I have payed the money into my bank account, going to let the e-cheque go through and then close my PayPal and not use online stores and stuff until I know I'm not going to be having problems.0
