I've moved this thread over to Freebies Gone But Not Forgotten as the offer appears to have been withdrawn. Hope everybody's voucher turns up.

Tried today, at 4pm, and the voucher is now invalid, no more free £5 from M & S. Cheers, Woodville.

I thought I had wasted my time on Saturday when only the details arrived, BUT it works, only quoted the code , did not mention the voucher :cool:

I have just called them and there first question was "where did you see our advertisement?" and then they asked for an offer reference! When I gave them the reference above she told me that the offer had now finished and they were asking callers for the reference first so as not to waste anyone's time! Offer over I'm afraid. :-(

So is everyone getting the voucher seperate from the health plan info? I got the big pack this morning but I have searched in all the leaflets and the voucher is not there. I hope it comes in a seperate letter, what a waste of a stamp and envelope though??

I got my voucher (from the morning of the day it all went berserk!) yesterday. It's separately mailed in a nice little card. Also got a courtesy call from the very nice Northern Irish lady who sounded absolutely crestfallen I wasn't going to take out the insurance.

I got my voucher on the 1-10 and have not had the follow up phone call yet. I am trying to think of a suitable excuse.

I called them when I first saw the M&S offer - about 22nd Sept, and was told that they were busy and someone would call me back. They didn't and I just wrote it off as them not wanting to honour the offer.... I got a call today. The lassie on the end of the phone asked if now was a convenient time to do the quote, so I told her that as I hadn't heard from them I'd arranged health insurance elsewhere (not strictly true!), and no it wsn't really convenient. Then she asked if I still wanted the voucher and took my address to send it out to me!
I shall wait and see - it'll certainly come in handy if it does arrive.;)

Edited to change date - never sure these days what date things happen!
