Hi mrs lds,
There's an earlier thread with lots more ideas that may help so I've added your thread to it to keep the suggestions together.

Hello
In my slow cooker today I have a gammon joint, I am then planning on roasting it with a little honey and wholegrain mustard. I am planning on using it for ham sandwiches over next couple of days, but want something with ham today.....keep posting ideas :jCat :wave:0 -

Hello
Unfortunately myself and my husband came down with a bad virus on Xmas eve and couldn't eat the lovely gammon intended for Xmas lunch. I cooked it anyway and am looking for suggestions on what I can do with it - it's about a 2kg joint and I basted it with honey and mustard. Also does anyone know how long it will keep for and how I should store it?
Many thanks and seasons greetings to all OSers!
