I got a message from O2 today (I'm in the process of switching to O2 but the message went to my old phone):-
Anyone any idea (1) why I got this and (2) where on the o2 web site you're meant to put it? Because I canny find the box for it!

Go to https://www.o2.co.uk and enter your verification code XXXXXX when requested to enable you to use text services.
