Haven't found any on my last couple of visits :( I'm sure they're saving up for a super mega clearance for us ;)

Did you find any bargains there?

CPG...are they also doing bonus gifts when you get further items? I'm on a limited time tommorow and trying to get nice bits to pop in case as pressies when I go away in a few days!

Silly CS, I thought the med/nc gwp's may have finished later!

No they did not have any other stuff if you bought more than 2 items.

Any idea when the next Max Factor GWP will be happening? Want some of the foundation but won't buy it unless I'm getting something free...:D

All i was told was it will be out in Summer. May be worth holding on for a while.

    Morning Girls

Did a couple of shops using the No7 printed £5 off vocher and 250 points off cosmetics.

Got nail varnish handed over 250 pts then £5 off had £1.50 no problems. Was about to do second transaction and realised I had picked up a nail strengthener rather than a top coat. SA got No7 SA so I toddled off back to No7 counter:eek: .

I got T&G MM, No7 Top Coat and a bottle of diet coke.

ACM voucher for MM went through fine, No7 points voucher went through fine. Then I handed over printed £5 off No7 vocher. Sa scanned in and went through fine so paid £5.25. The SA stared, stared and stared at this voucher. I paid and she still stared at it I thought ok she maybe hasn't seen one before. Left the counter with her still staring at it. Starting to do a bit more shopping and bumped into the No7 SA down one of the aisles heading to the office with my vouchers in her hand.

So obviously she is off to find out more or report me/complain about me. I haven't done anything wrong but I'm fuming. If she had a problem why didn't she say something to me at the till and ask where the voucher had come from.

This shop there are plenty of SA's who create problems and it gets beyond a joke.

Do I ring CS and tell them that I think she is reporting me/complaining about me. I don't understand why she had all 3 vouchers in her hand:confused:

That store is the chuffing pits sometimes.

oh i say, how rude it that :D

Is that dr. nick lowe stuff any good passion?

Also, while in PC a bit back i still noticed they had the energizer batteries 4+2 free upstairs that were going through at 63p or something, plus 3 for 2. They were in front of th till points. I think it was last week I saw them so they may have gone, but they were still marked up at full price so it may be worth a try.

Morning AB :D That was a typo btw ;)(I'd forgotten how ubiquitous you are lol)

I've got to tell the truth and say that the Nick Lowe stuff looks great in hampers :D because I daren't use it just yet. I did give some to dd and she said it's as good as the Eve Lom starter kit, but I'm still not sure she's actually tried either of the starter kits I bought, and was just being polite.

That range was sold off for really silly prices wasn't it? Not that I'm complaining :rotfl:

I need to have a word with that really nice No7 SA in your store (the one whose name begins with a 'C') to see if she knows about all of the skincare ranges as I need to know if any of it includes the ingredient that causes the allergic reaction that the P&P range contains, as I'll have to avoid it. (So will dd, she had a reaction to it as well).

I was told what the ingredient was btw, but promptly forgot it! (maybe because I was still miffed that she would only do a part refund on what I'd bought. I won't mention which store it was, or which store SA said that there was nothing that could be done about it at all, because they might recognise themselves and one SA on my case is enough ;)

Keep this quiet (if you can lol) but OH tried this:
    hero.jpg
and said it was really good, but he's gone back to the Mens No7 range.

Just looked on the John Lewis site for the Eve Lom and realised that they list all of the ingredients, so can you have a word with someone higher up please? :D

Thanks for the tip re the batteries! Being a total technophobe I've no idea what they'll come in handy for, but I've never let that stop me from buying a bargain :o;) x

Ooops, manners. Morning all you Bootsers :)

Feeling a bit despondant as been to two Boots recently an neither have the ACM working. Is this something worth ringing CS over? Especially as today was a special trip with shopping list!

    Managed to get:
    NC strawberry bubble bath £1.00
    NC GWP bag £0.00
    No7 Top coat £1.25 (with £5 voucher)
No7 blue/grey eyeliner (not seen this colour before) £2.00 (voucher)
No7 emerald liquid eyeliner £3.50 (with £5 voucher)

Saved £22 - spent £7.75. Only got 40 points as no ACM vouchers!!

I have spares, obviously with my name on, can post if you tell me how many and what ones.

When acm has been out of order at my local I have called CS and given them reciept code, they have seen I used ac and bought correct items etc and have always added, so can try that!
