I have used Goodprint.co.uk for business cards. The quality has been good with a range of styles, prices and order quantities to suit your budget.

I use them and would recommend them too :T

Vistaprint "free" cards are not so cheap when you compare prices.

I went onto vista print as a result of a flyer from Amazon. I went online and ordered a rubber stamp. Then I got a email with more offers on, so I clicked through and there were more offers. I put all the free items I could into my cart, then logged in with the amazon log in, I found some things were no longer free (e.g. card holder) but other new items were free. I then went onto the site using the basic address, checked my cart and the free offers again. By playing around for a couple of hours you can get all sorts of stuff, and I got free P&P for the order being over £15! This stuff with all be great publicity for my new business! Esp the T-Shirt!!

  • vista print is great if you don't care about your companies image, or the potential customers you have are easy to please (e.g "the older generation" that is pleased with anything thats in colour) other than that, don't bother.

get professionally printed business cards - full colour, double sided

go for a matt or silk paper

    thick - 300-400gsm

and if you can afford it and want your card to look and feel brilliant - get them matt laminated (for super smooth / professional look) or gloss laminated (to make the colours look a bit blingy)
  • I have found a website where you can design your own business cards online (for free)and then create & save a pdf version. You can then use the pdf to print your own cards.
