Yes!.

When you power up your computer, you should see a message saying something like "Press F2 to enter BIOS". Whatever it tells you to press, press it.

But be very careful once you're in the BIOS. Only do what you have already been advised to do. If you think you may have done something wrong, there is usually an option to exit without saving changes.
