:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Oh Pigpen I feel for you.....WHY do kids do that stuff? Reminds of when DS1 was 3, I was making tomato soup and he was driving me CRAZY. After several "naughties" (washed hall carpet in milk, painted back door with mud etc) I made him sit at the table for time out. After 10 minutes I said he could get down but he didn't budge. 15 minutes later he is winging and whining about wanting to play with his duplo but every time I told him to "get down and get on with it then", he shook his head and sat there.

Guess what? - yep - he had taken 3 tomatoes from the bowl on the table and sat on them :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Funny now but was ready to cry then - I'd only recovered the kitchen chairs the day before with pretty yellow fabric!

Flying - ummm....so far this week not tooooooooo bad. Everywhere tidy, vacuumed and dusted. floors all washed, washing up to date, got to go fill the cake tin now and sort out dinner.

    Happy days!

just switched the comp on and this is the first thread I read! OH   Is he still alive??? and new covers too. Kids, who'd have them?

Gotta pick kids up, will post update later.

oh.. and has anyone any idea how to stop one cat bring live mice home for the other one??? I've had several of them over the last few days.. I wouldn't mind if they kept them outside but they have to bring them in to play with!

Get rid of your catflap:D :rotfl: (well that's if you've got one anyway?)

Our cats used to do that once they brought a live mouse in and it was dancing in front of the cat! It managed to escape too lucky begger, normally they don't. The wrose thing our cats have borught home was a dove, it was huge!

I've done enough flying today, kitchen is done, only doing S&S in bathroom as I did it on sunday. I have been sanding and painting skirting boards this avo. DD1 is winding me up though, she has a party to go to at 6pm and has been asking me since 1pm is it time to go yet?! DD2 has just untidied all the shoes again on the shoe rack that I sorted this morning:rolleyes: I give up sometimes!

lol. one of these 2 broke into a pigeon loft and brought home not one but two dead racing pigeons.. I was mortified and convinced the owner would come demanding money.. lol

We've had rats, bats, fish, worms, slugs, bees, butterflies, nests of baby birds, wood pigeons, mice, frogs, and they even had a grass snake last summer!! one of my mothers used to bring home huuuuge long earth worms!! and one of hers brought a golden hamster home once.. oops!!

This time of year I usually have the door open so the chillies can be flung outside but thankfully I saw him clmbing down the wall with it this time.. they are naughty!

I thought that about the Dove, it was most likely someones pet round here?! I was mortified. Our cat that sadly got run over last year was the worst culprit. When I lived at home my mums cat used to bring frogs in and leave them in the dogs bowl as a present!
