Oh...I see. Wasn,t me that "bumped", just found myself caught up in the firing line and felt really sorry for bagstaff.
Thanks for your kind explanation, I think others tho, have forgotten that they were once new to posting and get a bit hot headed. A weeks prize at a spa retreat to chill out should do it.

I just look at my thanks button to make sure I dont' enter again ;)

Exactly. Unnecessary bumping can be a bit annoying but if someone enters a comp twice they've only got themselves to blame really for not checking the thanks. Done it myself before. :o

Hi, sorry, not sure if this should be posted here or on the freebies board (I've posted on there and not got a reply ;) ).

Basically, I've been trying to register for ITV Bingo Night Live for over a week, but keep getting this message:

There was an unexpected error registering your details. Please try again in a few minutes.

A nice person on their helpdesk has been trying to help me, but I think the advice is more to do with not being able to see your cards, not to do with registration. Also, they are obviously very busy as it takes a few days to get a reply!

Has anyone tried to register to play recently and been successful?

    Thanks

Hi compers - just a quickie.

If I post 'postal only' comps, should they go on as an individual comp in the usual way, or on the text/phone/postal thread?

    Or both.

They should really go in the postal thread only, with the title & closing date the same as if it was posted on the main board :)

I think most of us will have been registered for a while, as it was posted here more or less when it started. I haven't had any problems - I just go on and get my cards each day & wait for the winning email (a very long wait so far! )

Have you a different email addy you could try with in case you're partly registered and it doesn't like you trying again (IYSWIM)

I think you've got a bit muddled up somewhere. The original poster was having a general moan about bumping before bagstaff even posted. He/she just quoted that post to ask a question, and for some strange reason you've got all worked up on their behalf, and feeling sorry for them, even though nobody had a go at anyone else

I certainly wasn't "having a go" at anyone in particular........thanks CheekyChicken. It just helps a lot if new people to the forum read the helpful "Stickies" at the beginning :D
Our Granddaughter, Caitlin Freya is now 7 years old :), growing up to be a lovely young lady and our Grandson, Findlay Ewan is 3 years old and still a lovable bundle of mischief :) one of each, how perfect

Sorry I didnt mean to imply that, if it came over that way

I agree with reading the 'stickies' bit. I did that .phew a lot to take in. But even with this for a technophobe like me sometimes i need a guiding hand hence my question

    Sorry again!
