Just to update I haven't had a reply regarding the comps ending 31st so I'm just going to post them Tommorrow at 8pm like I would normally. I'm sure most of them wont end till 12pm on 31st anyway so people will still have plenty of time

Does any one know whether it is an advantage to enter near end of comp date, or should I make a point of entering as soon as posted?

Only started entering in July so no wins yet.

ive enter comps both at beging and the end and have won alot of prizes so i dont think it makes much difference..happy comping:D

Just when you see something that you would like to win, as if you see it but decide to wait until it is ending you may forget or sometimes they close earlier than they should.

Chaps, I'm sure that some clever person has already noticed this and prepared the comps ending list but aren't the forums shut tomorrow (Aug 30th) and aren't there about 3 million competitions ending on 31 August ?

Would be a shame to miss out on all those lovely prizes !!

have you ever looked for competitons yourself and not rely soley on peoples hard work and dedication?

Yes, thanks. I do all the time. I was just trying to be helpful and hadn't read all of the thread my post was moved to.

I appreciate the hard work done by others, always use the thanks button and keep my eye out for anything that hasn't been posted !

I thought that I was being helpful to to others as I was already pretty up to date for the comps ending 31 august. Obviously not.

If you sort the threads by title you will see hundreds and hundreds of comps grouped together that end on the 31st August.

You don't have to wait until the end of the month to do this, you can do it at anytime.....

If your worried about missing out on entering comps, go through the forums yourself without relying on others, trust me, its really easy!
