When you enter comps by e-mail, do you prefer to put the answer before or after your details. Which way do you think is best.

Answer before - so they see it first! ;)

I have all my details (name and address etc) as a signature so it comes up everytime I start a new e-mail, (no need to type it out everytime) then I just pop in the answer before it.

Aw wokkies, don't resign! Think about all those wins you have had in the past & all the ones yet to come as long as you keep entering ;)

Edit: edited to say I'm all up straight again now :D Not trying to rub it in or anything ;)
Sad because you don't know what to do? Comping question? Take a look in the Comping Guide to find out

This is what i already do. Just wondered if some of you, might have thought it better to put the answer last. Thanks.

I don't suppose it matters, though I tend to put my answers at the top, so they're immediately noticeable.

I copy and paste my name/address/phone number/email each time I start comping (from a previous comp. entry).

This is a brilliant idea but i use Hotmail and cant see any facility to add a signature. Presumably you are using a different email system, but can you tell me where abouts do you find the signature facility? Thanks for your help

Bring up your e-mails. Click on options, top right, then click mail options. On the right hand side click signature, and follow the instructions. This is how i do it, i'm on yahoo.
