Can I ask as a new person do all you experienced competition winners enter them as you go along or wait until the Comp ending list comes out?
Hiya Maria, and welcome!
I do my best to keep up to date on the competitions as they are added (normally spend an hour two or so each day/evening going through the ones for the day), but I do check out the comps ending threads as there are often comps on there I've missed. I've even volunteered to do my first comps ending thread later this month which I'm totally worried about!
And as most people on this thread have said, I only enter comps for prizes I want to win or know someone close to me who would love it! I haven't been as lucky as many people on here, but I'm not doing too badly.:)
I love comping and now consider it a hobby. Everytime I see my mum she asks what I've won recently, and people at work roll their eyes at me when I say I've won something else. You can't get better than a WEM or phonecall - or better still a surprise package!!!:)
How you do it is up to you... but whatever you decide I hope you have lots of fun and win lots of nice things - and don't forget there is life away from the computer screen!!!!Life is all about the journey.0 -

Thanks for your friendly email it is so nice that you are all so nice to each other on this web site.
I only started doing this a few days ago and am already completley addicted.
Can I ask one more question? is it best when entering competitions to use your mobile number or landline number?

I always put my mobile number, my landline has a ban on witheld calls (after some rather nasty calls a few years back), I personally don't think it matters though.2023 wins - Rice Krispies, Avene Micellar Gel, Barbie Toy, £20 Apple Gift Card, KFC 6 piece bargain bucket, Chloe Nomade perfume, Barbie Toy (second one), Sanctuary Spa Sleep Balm, E45 Moisturising Lotion, Trolls Hamper, 12 Tonie Characters, Sure deodorant, Good Home Utensil holder, £5 Costa Gift Card, Neutrogena Micellar Jelly, Soap & Glory Mascara, Persil capsules,0

I tend to put exdirectory, unless the form won't accept it, when I put 00000000 instead. Don't know if I'm ruling myself out or not, but if they've got your email, and address, they don't need the phone number as well. (I'm a bit phone phobic - comes from being on-call for work, everytime the phone rings, I think somethings gone wrong again.)
I also never give my correct d.o.b. - part paranoia, part feeling old! Just remember to stick to the same one if you do change it, as some sites use it for security if you forget your password. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

It's come. And it's this one.

And I'm sooooooo happy. I'm going to be playing all afternoon - there goes the housework again.
(The thing is, I'm so non technically minded, I don't even know what half the specs on it mean. )All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Could we have some kind of list of competition websites that are known to close early?
That would be so useful xxx0 -
