Once every 5 months, wish I was that lucky :rotfl:

Thats in a good year!!!! :rotfl: I did go away for a whole weekend without the kids to stay with my sister in the IOM though. That was amazing, we didn't get in until 4am on the Sunday morning - i've not done that for years!! :rotfl:

I've been frequenting internet forums for about 10 years and I was an admin on one for about 4 years. They all have the same 'conflicts' and 'issues'. You really can't please everyone. This forum is no different and as Kipper (I think) said it will just evolve with the community that uses it.
:T*Thanks to all who posts comps * :j

  • My LO is 2 very soon, my eldest DD is nearly 9. Although we have had the odd night out since the LO was born in a few weeks it'll be the first time they are going to their Grandma's overnight together (LO never stopped overnight anywhere before) & I know they will be ok but I'll be worried sick :o

My two are 2 and 10. The eldest stays at my mums quite often but the 2 year old doesn't. Since she was born she's stayed twice and on the 2nd time she escaped out of her travel cot and had to sleep with my mum all night! She's not allowed to stay anymore. :rotfl: We've moved her into a bed now so as soon as she's 100% settled we can try her at mums in a ready bed. I'm praying for the day!!!

  • LO has been in a bed at home for a short while now, well it's bunk beds with her sister so that's why we thought it was the right time to allow her to stay at Grandma's. It's a good job I trust my MIL isn't it lol?
