Been reading the thread again and just want to clarify that it is just you and the children there is no OH? Sorry if I've missed that somewhere, just wanted to get it straight in my head .

Do you have it in writing yet from your landlord that he wishes to sell the property? I believe that he will still have to give you the official Notice to Quit letter (is it a S21 folks?) when you get this go straight to the council's Homeless Department and they will start the application to get you housed.

I think it may be worthwhile going to the Homeless Department anyway to tell them of your circumstances, they won't be able to do anything until you receive an official Notice to Quit but they can at least give you some advice.

If you haven't already been to the Dr for your PND then I strongly recommend you do as if this can be recorded on your medical notes then it may well help your application for a council house.
