Sorry, what I mean't is that with a poor credit rating no letting agent would let to me.
Who knows that the council will say..............Wins This Year - 2/1 Dog coat.

jojo massive hugs sweetheart for you. I'm guessing that the council will need to re-evaluate their position on your housing now that you are being made unintentionally homeless. The superstars in the know will be along soon and give you lots of valuable advice. Untilt hen, get yourself tomorrow down to your council offices and CAB and se what advice you can find.
Lots of love and a big hug

Hi Sugarpants, thats where I got this house from and was so lucky to get this place as had a deposit gaurantee from the council and part housing benefit as I work. Most places advertised get 70+ replies to the the adverts.
Thanks for the idea though. xWins This Year - 2/1 Dog coat.

Thanks for the words of support for the PND, i think when they say they are defo selling then I think it will be the final straw for me so will be off to the doc then for some help. As have also just returned to work after 9 1/2 months maternity leave (last week) and am so so struggling on leaving my babies, having panic attacks etc.
Sorry to witter on xWins This Year - 2/1 Dog coat.

Oh Jojo, please try not to worry too much. I know that is so easy for me to say as I'm not going through it. you'll know more about where you stand when you have been to CAB or the local council (or both).
All the very best of luck to you.
Hugs all round
