I cannot see us getting it any cheaper unless we get a total freebie!

If only we could avoid the parking ...

Hi all,
Just wanted to say a big thanks! Been invited to go along to the Good Food Show with friends who've already got their tickets, so I've got to book my own. Before booking I thought, Hmm, can I get them cheaper? And of course, upon consultation of MSE, I could! I love this site! :)

Hi,
Just need some advice from experienced Good Food Show visitors.......does the price pay off in terms of vouchers gained at the show? Just thinking of booking this year, and was wondering if it will be worth it! Thanks in advance.

I personally think the reduced ticket price is worth it for the actual show. It incorporates many different areas.

Perhaps if we look at the actual show and any free 'extra's can be seen as just that......an extra, not an expectation.:D

Hello again, I've been having a look on the website and getting myself all excited, but now wondering if the General Admission ticket gets you admission to the Gardener's World show as well or is this a separate thing? Also, what's a MOC??? Thanks!

Yes it gets you into everything.

I'm excited too, MOC's mean Money Off Coupons which I believe there are a few given out.

Blurb from the websitee

The BBC Good Food Show Summer is part of the BBC Summer Festival. So if you grow your own vegetables, love gardening or just like admiring someone else’s handiwork, remember your ticket also includes FREE entry into BBC Gardeners' World Live and The Good Home and Countryfile magazine areas.

For the price we can all get the tickets for I think its a really, really good deal.

Don't forget, comfy shoes because you'll be doing lots of walking.

Apparently as well, there's a beer festival on which the ticket also gets you into.

Maybe bring your own plastic wine glass or tumbler for samples of wine/beer.

And a rucksack, and an old mobile phone to recycle and get more freebies and half price tickets to next good food show, and we get a festival guide free ..........:D

Happy Bank Holiday MSers ...

I have updated the first post ... best codes are ...

NEC or BBC that will give you tickets at £8.75 and £9.75 for week and weekend tickets respectively .. plus £1 booking each

Thanks everyone - have just booked my ticket for Sunday. I have been debating for ages whether to go or not (normally go every year), and can finally justify the expense with these cheap tickets.

I can only go on the Sunday, and it's the day they start selling all the plants off at 4.30pm:T .

It'll be really good to see Monty Don as well after his recent illness.
