Wow looking at this I spend so more more than everyone else. Thins month though I'm going to concentrate on keeping the cupboards and Freezer well stocked, as it costs so much more when you have to keep nipping out to the corner shop to get a few extra bits and pieces.0

Hi all
Tried really hard last month, but things went pear-shaped after a couple of weeks - so we're gonna try again!
I've set a budget of £350 for everything (food, toiletries, petrol, etc) for me, OH & 13 yr old son. DD (nearly 17) just been kicked out by her dad, so don't know when/if she'll come back, or how situation will affect finances. Hey, ho, isn't life fun?!
Freezer/cupboards have some stuff in, plus baking store, so I should be able to make the £ last this time. Son says that my baking is better than things his mates have in their pack ups, so at least I can keep him happy! Got some chicken pieces free off my dad this week, in return for doing a job for him, so that's going to be tonight's tea.
OH gets paid 30 Sept, so my October really will begin on the 1st of the month.July 2024 GC £0.00/£400

I'd like to join in for the first time this month. I normally spend about £20 per week (just for me) which isn't much but I do sometimes end up throwing food away so my challenge is to reduce that to £15 through better planning. I'm going to try and find a good fruit and veg market as well.0

Hi this is mouse 7
This is my first post so here goes. I was wondering if anyone had up to date codes for tesco online vouchers as the ones on the previous thread are now mostly out of date.
Many thanks

The best place to ask this question would be the Online and Offline Vouchers and Codes Board. One of the very first threads at the top of the board has all the up to date codes

I don't think you'll even need to ask the question - everything you ever wanted to know about Tesco codes is right there in the first postHi, I'm a Board Guide on the Old Style and the Consumer Rights boards which means I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly and can move and merge posts there. I'm in again and sticking to my customary £160 for 2 adults, 3 kidz, two cats, and clutch of hungry regular visiting old rellies. I've had this budget for sooo long now it is not much of a challange so for Oct my mission is to buy two Christmas items along with my weekly shopping and still stick to budget.Life's a beach! Which reminds me - my local Asda are at last doing deliveries in my area so I need to go browse the online shelves.
I ought to get more chance to find offers and bogofs etc this way because normally I rush round as fast as I can so as not to keep my lift waiting.Hi, I'm a Board Guide on the Old Style and the Consumer Rights boards which means I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly and can move and merge posts there.
