Hello there, sorry to hear of your misfortune. I am not sure if you are aware but there was or maybe still is a scam going on at the minute and it was proved on a tv show a while back and I will make it simple. The scammer stands in a public place with a blue tooth device that picks up any phones signals that have left their bluetooth on. They then have a programme that rings their own premium rate number via the bluetooth and leaves it running till the call cuts off making them a very nifty sum of cash! Now it may or may not be that this happened to you? It sounds like it could well be as when making any premium call number there is a limit of time that the regulators set and that was(I think) 30 mins before they have to cut you off, it was designed for folk who get addicted to comp, adult lines etc in the hope that they wouldnt ring straight back as they realised they were £30odd lesser off. I am not sure how you would prove it but seeing as it lasted 2 hours it obviously means it is un regulated number and t-mobile really should be doing more to help you. I would try and find an executive's number and see if there is anyone of importance willing to take on your case. Good luck and let us know how you get on hope this has helped0

When I had a massive bill due to an error on MY part I phoned them and said I have never had a bill this big before, can you do anything about it. They knocked off £50 as gesture of goodwill so just ring and say your not paying it and ask to speak to the customer RELATIONS manager (they have more power than normal managers) as thats what I did0
