There are so many different factors no one single insurer is going to be the magic insurer, it's always best to get as many quotes as possible :)

Definitely look at the Pass Plus scheme - depending on where you live, you could get it for £20!

I'm in the middle of the Pass Plus Cymru at the moment... apart from the insurance discount, it's a good way to make sure you've always got safety at the forefront of your mind. Also looks at things like who's to blame in an accident (and whose insurance will have to pay out!).

I've been driving three and half years but you can't have too much training .

I agree with others that Admiral group are best, both my daughters have used Diamond. Admiral and Bell over the years, and they always turned out to be cheaper for younger drivers. Does no harm to get a quote online.

churchill have been cheapest for me
went down £400 after i got my 1st years no claims.

    im paying £562 on a 1l saxo

when i renewed i shopped round and most companies wouldnt accept my years no claims - hadnt had a full lisence long enough?? so theyt were quoting me ridiculous prices like £1200+ thats pretty much what the car is worth!!!
try churchill and then try direct line they will always compete with churchill prices.

Doesn't really matter what the car is worth. If you're lucky you can get a car for £0, doesnt mean it's not worth spending £1000 on insurance for it, as insurance will cost what it costs unfortunately.
