That means my bread talk is allowed then.
!!!!!! didn't even mix, never mind rise. And second one rose but was welded to the paddle so had to eat it by scooping it out.

So, under your rules, my bread is valid.

    :)
Ahh sounds like dwarf bread, a very good weapon :D

Not that I know him personally, but it is worth reading Secret Agents diary

    http://agentsdiary.blogspot.com/

He is a manager of an estate agency and he talks honestly about the market in his area, other local estate agents, members of his staff, his family....

His blog posts aren't always about the house selling market, but they are worth reading anyway - he is very....'dry', and his posts are an enjoyable read :D
I think I read this in the Sunday Times? Really funny.

Are you sure that is not the result of chewing on the crust of this home made loaf, rather than throwing it out for the birds to blunt their beaks on?

I have his friend, Sir Ken Woodchef. He whips up a pretty mean loaf as well. He does expect me to pop it in the oven for him, but then again, we don't get the daily arguement of who doesn't get the slice with the paddle hole in it any more :D

*off to Old Style to see whats going on (or not going on) with Pastures New and her bread*

Your an evil man! (or woman!)

I went to get my Sir Ken out and it aint there. We're moving in a month so it's been packed away already :<

Especially gutted as I have some homemade sun dried tomatos to use up.

    Yup, still female :D:D:D

Think I would be reduced to a blubbering wreck if I lost my Sir Ken.

The more I think of this the more baffled I am

Why would somebody whose livelihood depends on selling houses say 'don't bother buying for 6 months'......don't get it meself, especially with the number of EA closures and the lack of mortgage products strangling the market.
I'm thinking he might want to be made redundant and go backpacking to Oz.
His redundancy money might buy his airline ticket. He can stop off in Bankok and do a bit of shopping. May as well as not.

He's in big do do. Losing his job is the least of his worries. I wish I could give you the link to the you tube footage or the newspaper articles which would clearly demonstrate his troubles. However he needs to be protected at this time, he still might have a job some how.
