Right to start with you should check your HOSTS file as it sounds like the virus has put certain websites in here to block you from using them. To view your HOSTS file open it in notepad, depending on your operating system the HOSTS file can be found here:
Windows XP = C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC
Windows 2K = C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC
Win 98\ME = C:\WINDOWS
If you see anything like the following in this file then remove them as this will be what is blocking you visiting the sites:
You can sefely remove all the sites listed in your HOSTS file not just the ones listed above.
If that isnt your problem then go here (click accept) and this will carry out an online virus scan for you. If your having trouble loading that site then download a trial version of Kaspersky anti-virus here.

There are a few viruses going around that block these sites within you HOSTS file as stated in my previous post.
To open your HOSTS file in notepad go to:
START | RUN
then type:
NOTEPAD
Once notepad has opened click:
