savings on matresses at marshall ward

Please post as soon as you get one delivered.

They've still got several weeks to cancel your order, so DO NOT throw your mattress away in anticipation.

They have cancelled some mis-prices like this before.

The mattresses are all at the normal price on Littlewoods Direct website, which is normally an identical replication of Marshall Ward in terms of stock and price.

They have cancelled my order... had mail from them saying:

Further to your recent order request for a Mattress TC859 order number
115209188428, please be advised that there was a price error on our
website and the price shown was incorrect. We are therefore declining your
order request in accordance with clauses 2.2 and 3.2 please see
below:

2.2 When you submit an order to us on our website you will receive a
'bounce back' confirmatory email of this order saying that we are
processing your order. You will then receive a second email from us
acknowledging your order and giving you estimated timescales for delivery. You
should check both emails for accuracy and let us know immediately if
there are any errors. Neither of these emails constitute acceptance of the
order by us. Your order will be accepted by us (and a contract will
then be formed between us) when we despatch the goods to you. Title to
the goods will pass to you on delivery.

3.2 Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and
error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If we
discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will
contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may
then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct
information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as
cancelled.

as my message above... I paid by debit card., had the conformation..as far as i know that means they have accepted the order at the stated price....any one know if i can go back and persue????

length 6ft 3"
width 3ft

the other mattress at
length 6ft 2"
width 2ft 11"

They're both Single size. You'd expect a slight difference between different mattresses.

No. It's in their terms and conditions. Don't bother.

eh...so wouldve thought that they wouldve corrected the mis-price then but it still there!

sorry to here that orders have been cancelled . i changed my order from the 19.80 one to the trizone plus 33.00 one when i saw it was being tracked as 3ft. i still think 33.00 is a good deal .

I also paid by creditcard, but upon viewing my creditcard online bill the money hasn't even been allocated to them yet.

i paid by visa debit card and the money was taken this morning. haven't had any cancellation emails yet.
