Personalised Barbie book for less than £5 inc postage

The pet is a baby polar bear cub. I've had a quick look through the book & it doesn't specify if its male or female, but it does say things like "(main character name) scooped the cub up in her arms" etc, so if you've put your daughter's name in & put the pet as daddy, then she'll be carrying daddy around for some of the story!

My book arrived a couple of days ago & only took a week to get here.

Guess what finally arrived today? I can't even remember how long it's taken now! It's a nice book & a lovely story though so will put it away for DD for xmas.

LOL. The polar bear in the book is just a bear, not referred to as he or she (got a male name in our book too) but I saw a toy of this bear in Boots the other day and it's quite feminine looking (long eyelashes, eye shadow, sparkles etc). :rolleyes: So unless you buy the toy as well, Daddy should be ok

I'm just ordering another for a friend, her DD's birthday is 18th January so if it arrives too late for xmas it will do for her birthday.

Does anyone know any good websites to get any other personalised books? My daughter is only 1 so wont really appreciate this just yet but have boys who are 2 and 6 so would need something suitable for them?? Bob the Builder would be great for the little one but can't seem to find owt??!!

Did you guys get a confirmation email from Butler & Tanner? I just got a worldpay receipt ... and thats it .... haven't had or heard a snip since I placed my order ..... the money was taken out of my account the same day ... 25th november

Edit: just called them and very nice lady checked my order and gave me some good news. Book was posted last night ... so, should have it tomorrow or wednesday! :j

I ordered at the same time and havent heard from them yet. but im sure on the website it said that they couldnt gaunteee delivery for christmas.

It does say this in the email i recieved.
