Right, the website is now working (direct link is http://www.pegasusbooks.co.uk/), and indeed no boys' names are allowed.

I've got another question, though: what is the pet? Just thinking it would be a bit silly if I put in a dog's name and it turned out to be a cat! Think I'll let them use the original name...

its not one of my auctions or anyone i know , i was just looking for a personalised book for a boy(thought id get that in before i get told off!.

he's not bothered about being a princess, it's just nice that all the family is in the book, i'm sure my daughter won't mind either.

The pet is a baby polarbear??? something like that anyway!! I can't remember now, and i have wrapped the book up in a parcel ready to be sent. The princess (named for who the book is for) finds the snow bear or polar bear, and this will be named after the pets name, the cloud princesses are 2 of the friends names and the horse is the other friends name. The horse ends up being the long lost sister.
I was planning on putting my 2 sons names as friends and then the sister of the little girl I'm buying it for, then I read it was girls names only, so I put in me and her mummy in as the cloud princesses instead, as I'm not sure of her friends in school. Still turned out lovely.

So did you put "Mummy" as the name or did you actually put the person's name in? Sorry about all these questions, but I'm just desperate to get this right
