            I don't think it's me either....hope not, it's a bit soon...give it a year or so!
thanks, kaz, yeah will be 4 months on 26th. can't believe how much my life has changed in that time - new marriage, town, flat, job, lifestyle (commuting rather than working from home), new name too! But i'm happy. DH is being a star and doing loads of stuff at home, he leaves after me in the mornings usually and gets home first and does at least his fair share, which is all anyone can ask. his mum can't believe it!
DH has mates round watching the footie, typical for me that it's going on and on.... but it has given me a chance to catch up on the thread and do some of the list...i'll re-post in a moment.
For those of you interested in doing your half hour exercise, my job is actually running a free walking programme encouraging people to do 30 mins a day 5 days a week, you will soon be able to sign up online, pm me for more info. i work in the east end of london running it but the DIY programme will be national.Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0

Ok, I'm bored with the football now. I put a couple of bets on that would be refunded if Ronaldo scored. He has, so hopefully Chelsea will win (better odds, only reason, completely neutral on this one). Oh....actually I think its on 90 mins, so I bet on a draw as well.

yeah, we usually run programmes in conjunction with GPs surgeries/ referral schemes, organisations like MIND, Sure Start centres, old people's groups like Age Concern, etc etc. But we also do some public groups which we just advertise and see who turns up...
the website is a bit rubbish at the moment but is being updated so i'll post the link when it has been, should be next week. There should be some stuff in the press next week too as it's our launch!Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0
