well my tesco man just come lol

i ordered loads of seeds to eat not sure i wanna eat them but ment to be good for you so i ordered

sunflower seeds out the shell i love these
almonds i love these to warm toasted
pumpkin seeds never tried them good for iron and zinc levels mmmmmmmm!
and caraway seeds i am going to make a cake with these as my nan did but i dont have a recipe and she died 8 years ago its something i had as a kid and want to pass to my son lol


i have started dinner its cowl a welsh soup with lamb onion leek carrot swede slowly boiled for around 3-4 hours just put it on i have a nice crusty loaf that i with smother with butter not marg but butter its going to be lovely i have it around once maybe twice a month in the winter this is a awesome meal i have taken with me since i was a kids my son soves it and calls it nanny's soup good way to get veg inside of him and its cheap too
