I've been proactive all weekend lol. Ok, so I gave in but I will console myself that I didn't have a whole one and I threw the rest away! Off now to do some washing - hopefully that will take my mind off it lol

    Hey you.

Been cleaning the inside of my car. The windscreen was black! I was shocked it was so dirty. Topped up my washer water and filled my car uo with petrol. £32 but I remember when it cost in excess of £40 not so long ago

    Hey guys,

    it's bl**dy freezing outside lol.

Ok, so I had my last ciggie on Thursday night and hadn't had one since. Found an emergency pack in my car and just had a few puffs  Now I felt truly awful and stubbed it out and thre the pack in the bin. Do you think that's a good sign? Obviously I gave into temptation but didn't finish the ciggie and threw the rest away :) Got a right old head rush now tho lol

I like you're way of thinking Cif! I think my trouble is I'm going cold turkey - no nicotine aids and my willpower absolutely sucks! I think I'll try and get an appointment with my GP this week and see what he suggests. I'm really tempted to go out and buys some of my usual
