Seemed all over the place with the different types (check carefully!)

Yes, do check carefully. Last night I bought 2 packs of the Finest Unsmoked Dry Cured, Pack £2.48 - SEL £2.06, but because the words "Sea Salted" were on the pack but not on the SEL, CS were only prepared to let me have them at £2.06 each and not R&R. I was told that there were no packs left that were not "Sea Salted". Not sure if that was a cop out.

Rochdale - Shark Tale DVD at 5.94 SEL, scan 8.93, but none at Bury.

Please can other MSErs post the stores their misprices are from. Thanks.
It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.

i bought a tescos round pink phone, i met all terms and conditions, bought goods for over £40 etc etc etc

at the till, the till didnt knock off the £20, so straight to customer services i went,

i asked "shouldnt i get £20 knocked off this phone" and went on to explain i met all terms and conditions.

he checked everything and said "yes i wil just refund you the £20", but i quickly jumped in with well as it is an overcharge dont i get a full refund and the phone for free, he said "i will need to check with my manager"

he came back down and said "no we will only refund you the £20"

well, i was on a mission now, i told him to check again with his manager and i explained that the sel says £99.97 or £79.97 if bought with £40 of goods,

off he goes again, (i was waiting a good 20 minutes)

he came back saying yes we will refund the full amount, he even congratulated me :j

so although it wasnt a mispriced item, the £20 didnt get knocked off at the till like it should of, resulting in an overcharge;)

Managed to get a couple of free CD's today at Tesco Extra in Swindon. They were George Michael - Listen Without Prejudice and Alicia Keys - The Diary of Alicia Keys, they had every day low price stickers of £4.97 and £5.97 respectively. They scanned at £7.97 and £9.77. Customer Services gave me a full refund, after going to check any other CD's left on the shelf, and I was given the product to keep without any problems. First time that I have ever tried this so very happy, even though I didn't really want the CD's, but if they want to give them away who am I to complain.

    Tesco Extra, Abingdon

Incredibles scribble pack (little pack with notebook, eraser and bendy pen) priced at £1.27 on the rack, scanned at £1.28 at the till. Free stocking filler!

I only noticed because I now write every single price down as I shop and then compare to the receipt. Hate to think how much I've probably lost through overcharging over the years.......
