MMmmmm mmmmmmm they are v. nice also, I got 3 the other day £55 worth, I would normally go for so much but I would have gone for this reduction anyway as I've 12 family members coming from Ireland to a wedding in the next months to feed for a sunday lunch.

In my local at £5.91 per kg, SEL and big SEL £5.09. Some in shelf at £5.09, what do you think ended up in my trolley ;) . CS very good, sent person off to check, went with him, could see it was running through his head that he was trying to think of excuse, but couldn't full refund. Good job for him as has my microphone on, want to make sure very clear at HQ if I have any further bother, many MP3 players have in-built recording facility, been reading the manual and am now a master with this facility. :D  ;)

    Edit 'MMMOOOOOOOOoooooooooo' :rotfl:
Drat and Double Drat, curse that Mr T excuse for not giving me a refund.

EVERY LITTLE EXCUSE HELPS in trying to get out of the R&R policy when the law has been broken, especially on high value items. :D
  • Just got on of the cheese's (3 for £3 offer) priced on the pack at £1.24 on the shelf at £1.19 @ Tesco in Sale (Manchester)

A possible misprice, BUT haven't verified as someone had vandalised the in-store scanner and I'm not in to dance music.

CD - Kasabian showing as £5.97 on the top 100 CD chart poster, but SEL shows £7.97 (and I suspect it will scan at that price).

This was in the Brooklands (Weybridge) store.

2 packs of Double Gloucester free today..

(3 for £3 offer ones) One scanned at £1.19 and one at £2.24. Different barcodes on the back of the packs when I checked at scanner. Took one back to shelf and swapped it for the one the scans at £1.24

    Also Prepacked Bacon Joints...
SEL = £3.38 per kg, pack price £3.42 per kg.
On shelves in 2 different places both had £3.38 on SEL but there were packs with both £3.38 and £3.42 price per kg mixed - bet you can't guess which ones I got

CS tried not to refund me on the bacon as it was 'variable weight' product and it doesnt count
I said no you've overcharged me!! Off she went and checked the shelves..back she came with an apology and refunded all the items but somehow managed to refund the cheese four times instead of twice :T Thanks MR T

Pd I dont suppose anyones found a mis-price on the new Ashes series DVD? I need 2 copies for Chrimbo pressies ;)
  • I keep looking and looking but to no avail. Don't think i'd spot a mis price if I tripped over it !!! Any one else use Walkden or Atherton Tesco and got a mis price ?

Finest Swiss Emmental was still wrong in Bedford Cardington road tonight.
SEL: £8.65/kg but Pack price £8.99/kg.
Finest Farmhouse cheese range also still wrong!
SEL: £9.95/kg but shelf had a mixture of packs at £9.95 and £9.99
All the £9.99 ones seemed to somehow find there way into the trolley!
Also watch the 3 for £3 cheeses as they are slipping up in some stores.
Packs at £1.24 & £1.19. Don't buy more than two though or the offer will kick in and you'll pay £3.
Got 6 more Shredded Wheat Triple Berry with £3 Joey coupons on at £2.24.
Good job as my teenage lad gets through a pack in 4 days!
    £19.60 refunded from a £40 shop!
    Keep Smiling
