Estate agents- any sympathy?

Haarts and Taylors have both shut up shop around here. I wanted to use a local firm when we put our house up for sale, not been overjoyed but to be fair it is not all their fault. It has been money for old rope They HAVE had it too good for a long time and suddenly the phones have stopped ringing. And I would say they are partly to blame for the problems we are facing now, I reckon Connells will be next to go here especially if they are putting up their fees etc. If my work was drying up that would be the last thing I would do. Notice it is the big names who are first to go. Easy in easy out. Thanks for nothing and don't come back.I came in to this world with nothing and I've still got most of it left. :rolleyes:0

Calling estate agents "uneducated retards"? Inexcusable.

Every single estate agent I've come accross has been either a spotty smarmy !!!! wearing too much deodrent or an utterly incompetent pathetic little specimen afraid of their own shadow.
Not only do I have no sympathy, I'm actually pleased to see them suffer.0 -
Will be glad to see the back of all estate agents especially the independent ones who were riding on the back of the housing boom.I hate migraines.0
