Ebay: theft on a massive scale !!!

On the very same day that Ebay brought into effect their new feedback system whereby sellers cannot leave negatives for buyers, I had a proliferation of customers claiming they have not received their items...coincidence?...I think not!!! EBAY BUYERS NOW HAVE AN 'OPEN INVITATION' TO STEAL.

Somebody somewhere is paying the 72p. Either your buyer pays 72p extra for your item therefore making you expensive, or you pay the 72p out of your profit and therefore earn less than someone offering standard mail. If you didn't charge the extra 72p and the buyer still paid you the same amount you would be 72p better off.
